This release requires IPS 2024-R1 with HarnessRouter v3.1. Notable changes include:
- New GUI with some quality-of-life improvements
- New optimization formulation that is faster, more fit to the problem, and also deterministic
- Better support and detection of CUDA
- Better handling of ergo evaluation
- Utilizes all solutions generated by IPS per design point
