Initial release

Version 0.8 of the map generator plugin, with some caveats:

• Color map only (having trouble getting the actual textures)
• Monument data is separate, ie. not embedded in the generated image
• Doesn't save data (due to plugin sandbox restrictions), so has to upload them somewhere

Also included is a simple, Windows-only console app, which works as a local web server that receives both the map images and monument data as JSON files, neatly organizing them based on the server protocol, map size and map seed.
