This version includes:

--Remove, set, and get code commands have been rolled into one d!code command.
--Tons of new error codes added
--Guide added to the d!patchers command
--Issue with bot webhook has been fixed
--d!stats command updated for news/forecast channel

Please note, this is likely the last major version before the v2.0.0 Commando/Redis rewrite.

This version includes:

--Ability to unlink mail code
--EVC Poll Suggestions
--Unknown Error codes to the database now will be reported to devs (to be added to the database at a later time)
--Other minor changes

Also, the patch command has not been fixed yet.
