Update www/h2o port to match latest FreeBSD port #1472

  • This PR gets rid of www/h2o-devel and updates www/h2o.

  • Our www/h2o port is EOL since end of last year.

  • In FreeBSD, www/h2o-devel is gone, long live www/h2o.

We're still on 2024Q1 and i see www/h2o-devel still exists, why remove it?

www/h2o-devel no longer exists in FreeBSD. And for www/h2o I get:

h2o-2.2.6_2: Tag: deprecated Value: Upstream EOL confirmed on 2023-10-10,
removal planned for 2023-12-30

This means, h2o-devel is already outdated and wont receive any updates anymore. The www/h2o version in this PR is actually based on h2o-devel and has a more recent version of h2o-devel. If you want, I can keep www/h2o-devel as is and only update www/h2o?
