Implements complete Solana address validation functionality by:

Adding PublicKey object conversion
Adding check for reserved native program addresses
Adding Ed25519 curve validation
Removing TODO comment

This enhancement improves the address validation by ensuring:

Valid PublicKey format
Non-reserved program address
Valid Ed25519 public key


          Update validate.js
