Release version 1.1.0 of the RetroFE package
- added screen to change launcher in Menu
- add flag to link libmikmod
- included sqlite3 package does not support -ffast-math implied by -Ofast optimization
- Restore stored PID in /var/run/funkey.pid
- Starting audio Amp only when playing sounds, stopping otherwise
- new USR1 shutdown function
