February 2022 Manager Meeting: CX EO
Hello Community Leads,
In February 2022, we held our monthly Community Manager Meeting – bringing together 18 community of practice leads from across government. Innovation Portfolio Director (and Digital.gov Acting Director), Jacob Parcell, presented information on the White House Executive Order (EO) on Transforming Federal Customer Experience (CX) and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government..
Jacob provided highlights of the order, led a conversation on what it means and how you can be successful navigating it, and facilitated a discussion on topics of interest to include for an upcoming Digital.gov CX EO event in April. Furthermore, we discussed other government-wide policies for communities to focus on in a broader sense.
