Software is a garden, it needs tending.
The following ongoing maintenance responsibilities are inherited by the product team. Tasks are split out by how often the task recurs. Tasks should be assigned an owner.
- Review New Relic statistics for errors and performance issues. Backlog findings.
- Update Data Portfolio summary with key statistics
- De-activate users based on Separations Report from CISO
- De-activate users who haven't logged in within 3 months
- Rotate certs
- Coordinate a review of all accounts with their respective agencies/departments
- With each commit to
main, document Release Notes - Respond to system issues/outages
- De-activate users from Login.gov (Login.gov notifies Touchpoints via webhook)
