Software is a garden, it needs tending.

The following ongoing maintenance responsibilities are inherited by the product team. Tasks are split out by how often the task recurs. Tasks should be assigned an owner.

Weekly

Review New Relic statistics for errors and performance issues. Backlog findings.
Update Data Portfolio summary with key statistics

Monthly

Rolling 90 day window

De-activate inactive accounts

Annually

Coordinate a review of all accounts with their respective agencies/departments

Ad-hoc

Respond to system issues/outages
