What is says on the tin. Backports them from modern MC, although it uses a completely different mechanism because modern code is spaghetti. Unlike modern, TPS graphs are not available for server operators because that would require support from the server itself - this could be added in a later PR to Hodgepodge if desired.

Properly tracks times, from swap to swap
it's SUPPOSED to throw up a black rectangle. Frametimes are tracked, but not shown.

But not really
Shift for the leading index, unreverse the graph, scale inputs properly, and actually use the y coord.
Turns out this was incorrect the whole time. No idea why tho
Not rendered yet - I need to deduplicate a bunch of code
And almost handle left-side graphs
Now just need to feed it valid TPS data
