- Adds glass channels to LINAC and Synchrotron
- Adds antenna tier channel to Synchrotron, allows both antenna tiers to be used as NEI catalyst and be autoplaced when building
- Fixes TC EU/t consumption, now requires VP instead of full voltage
- Fixes 1000x Synchrotron coolant consumption readout
