Waterline additions make it so ZPM energy hatch now requires grade 3 purified water for the Nano Power ICs, but grade 3 purified water needs a ZPM energy hatch. I changed the recipe to use a LuV hatch instead, though this does kind of ruin the nice symmetry. Grade 4 purified water still needs a ZPM hatch.
The other tiers don't seem to have this problem
