Diff since v1.1.6

Wholesale rework of the GeoRegions package
Now allows for polygonal (i.e. non-rectilinear) GeoRegion definition and data extraction
Much better documentation (not sure if stable-link builds, but test it out, shall we?)
Adding SREX and AR6 regions (more regions in later updates)
