Final Python 2.7 Release

This is a copy of the final state of the Python 2.7-based version of TYCHO. The code in this state is fully functional with the last release of Anaconda 2.7 and AMUSE 11 (compiled locally). Should you require the use of Python 2.7 for any reason, this version should have all of the features included in version 1.0.
