Discord does not allow multiple posts in a single forum channel to be pinned resulting in an exception when the QOTW answer post is created and pinned causing the old post to stay pinned while the new post doesn't become pinned.
This PR unpins the previous QOTW answer post (if one is pinned) before pinning the new one.
