Auto Pickonimbus Swapper + bug fix beta v1.1.3

-Added an auto Pickonimbus swapper to commission macro
When a Pickonimbus 2000 breaks it takes a new one out of the inventory if no more pickonimbuses are available it takes a dril if the player has one.
-Added inventory full failsafe to commission macro
-Fixed a bug where commission macro would not tp out when occupied 3 times
