Update non-free contributed library load: /usr/include/opencv2/xfeatures2d/nonfree.hpp on my Genntoo system.
Trying to prevent collision with dlib standard library in Gentoo tree.

I renamed Dlib to dlib-utils as dlib otherwise conflicts with dlib project: https://github.com/davisking/dlib
Later few minor changes related to OpenCV prefix and location of some files. I will still need to review this, but would be happy to get this accepted in dorian3d main project... let's see, happy to hear comments.
