The PA version includes the Nordic nRF21540 Front End Module (FEM) with a TX gain of 20 dB and RX gain of 13 dB. The BL5340PA depends on the Nordic MSPL FEM driver and the Laird Connectivity FEM driver. L2-105 Signed-off-by: Andrew Hedin <[email protected]>

Prevent stack overflow when FEM driver is enabled that results in an HCI driver open failure (endpoint binding failed). Bluetooth hci_rpmsg sample is used by many applications.
