Document tools

New Tools for documents/objects:

• [NEW] Select All, Select None
• [NEW] Duplicate selected documents (ctrl+d)
• [ENH] Remove selected documents button
• [NEW] Apply stroke/fill color to selected documents. (Pick color, then apply with side button)
• [NEW] Search thru document browser by object name.
• [FIX] MDB apply Preset bug fix
