Step 3 : Read raw data

a. In the Input Parameters GUI, click on the button Read Raw Data

b. This step will extract data from the TDT, csv files, Neurophotometrics files or Doric system files corresponding to each storename saved in the storenames file in the previous step

c. All the extracted data will be saved in an hdf5 file in the output folder, which is created by GuPPy inside the folder of data you are analyzing.

• NOTE: For more information on using 'csv' files for the analysis, there is a specific structure of the 'csv' file which needs to be followed. Please look at the Sample data to see the structure of these files
