集成Opentelemetry，把 Trace中间件改为OpenTelemetry Trace，使用Jaeger作为 exporter，
同时把 Jaeger 的 trace id传给logger，以打通logger和jaeger的trace id
后续将增加Prometheus中间件作为 Metrics exporter
目前OpenTelemetry HTTP Handler还有点问题，
无法集成Prometheus
