Outputs

The pipeline generates TVB-ready outputs in the form of a .zip file, which contains:

• weights.txt: structural connectivity weights
• tract_lengths.txt: structural connectivity tract lengths (mm)
• time_series.txt: resting-state BOLD-fMRI ROI time series
• functional_connectivity.txt: Pearson correlation coefficient of resting-state BOLD-fMRI ROI responses
• centres.txt: ROI centroids and labels

The order of ROIs in all the above files corresponds to the sequence in which ROIs appear in your parcellation's LUT, rather than by the ROI number listed in the first column of the LUT. For example, when using the TVB_SchaeferTian_220 parcellation, the sequence of ROIs will follow this order: left hemisphere cortex, left hemisphere subcortex, right hemisphere cortex, and right hemisphere subcortex.

Note: Structural connectivity (weights and tract lengths) matrices are symmetrized but otherwise untouched. It is recommended that users additionally threshold their structural connectivity matrices according to their needs.
