Since the images are/need to be based on dev branch, we need to wait until v9.10 release and master branch builds, before we can publish them on website and docs.

Should we then also move them from testing to the standard download directory?

I would say no. Trixie is still the "testing" suite, there is still support for many software titles missing, and I want to do mainline kernel builds first.
