To install this plugin on the Spigot server, you just need to add it to the plugins folder. To work, you will also need to install the NuVotifier plugin.
You need to place the NuVotifier plugin in the plugins folder on all servers on the network, as well as on the proxy server. The VoteReceiver plugin only needs to be installed on the proxy server.
