New release! Not much happening in this one, just a few simple things.
Patch notes:
-added a new LockZone command, this will toggle lock doors in a specified zone (or the entire facility).
-changed assembly and file version, from now on when your server loads this plugin the plugins version will be correctly displayed in the console, same for when you check the .dll files properties.
