AC spam fixed

Changes:

  • fixed the AdminChat being spammed with several "RoundLock Reminders" instead of just one
  • added an option to display the server name in the Discord Webhook message, this change comes with a new config value as well as quite a few config description changes
  • repository folder structure was changed (won't affect you)
