About The Pull Request
Clears smithing items from runtime station as well as the room with several conveyor belts and other random stuff.
Adds a auto surgeon and organ generator(same type in medical centcom) to medical room. Adds a bank console to cargo
Moves the gravity generator up a few tiles.
added a weapon generator same type on centcom, to main room
removes freezer floor
Cuts off a lot of the unused nukie base space saving space.
Why It's Good For The Game
Adds a lot of QOL for coders, needing to use game panel a little less for small test and clears up some old left stuff.

The nukie base has over 120 unused tiles of space, that being nearly half a z level. These tiles are there purely for when a hijack happens with one of two shuttles, the lancer and monastery. This heavily cuts down the space used by them with a slight side effect that some bigger shuttles may dip into space slightly after round end. For what this gives us in terms of space for more minigames centcom or otherwise I think this is a fine trade
