Mock RESTful backend CLI
-c/--collection <path> => path the JSON file that should be used
-p/--port <port> => Port to use for HTTP (Overrides the collection specified port)
-sp/--httpsport <port> => Port to use for HTTPS (Overrides the collection specified port)
