NBIS-SF version 0.1.0

This is the very first version of NBIS-SF. It contains a general file hierarchy suitable for working with support projects, a default Conda environment specification containing software packages relevant to many HTS analyses, a basic Snakemake pipeline, a template for project reports written in Sweave, a collection of useful links and information related to support projects and, finally, documentation on how to use and work with all the included tools.
