This PR updates the
MOM6andocean_BGCtags to align with the latestdev/cefibranch, incorporating recent changes to the code structure. TheCOBALTv3-compatibleMOM_generic_tracer.F90has been relocated to the CEFI ocean_BGC repository, streamlining future development and maintenance. Meanwhile, the originalMOM_generic_tracer.F90, which remains compatible withCOBALTv2, is now available as a reference in MOM6/config_src/external/GFDL_ocean_BGC.It is important to note that these updates do not affect any baselines of our existing CEFI regression tests or alter our current model build process. However, some parameter documentation files have been updated to reflect recent changes in
