If you provide a CloudFormation Stack Name more than 27 characters long, resources (e.g. Alarm Scheduler) will fail to be created because the total length of that name will be more than 64 characters. Also, if you don't provide a secret ARN, which says is optional, causes the LambdaRole to not be created.
