CoreConstrains.fromApplicationId() now supports the most recent "2021" Application Identification and returns the expected core constraints version (2020).

- implemented toString for ApplicationCompositionType enum
- added test case for deriving desired core constraints schema version from Application Identification
Use of ApplicationCompositionType.toString() across many error msgs needs cleanup (should rather state the actual specification that the error is referring to), but reverting to previous behavior for now.
