As we started the discussion here #127 (comment) it would be great to support default behavior when the reward amount is not defined:

Then lb payout should use all funds on the wallet as a reward pool. Additionally, if the lb operator uses this feature, there should be a separate address to which a reward for lb itself will be sent.
