Let's finally merge the accessibility branch.

This adds basic screen reader functionality throughout the app.

Changes not planned for this PR:

Implement a screen reader specific marker selection (list of nearest markers with distance and direction from user)
Improve duration picker usability with the screen reader
Add loading indicator announcements
