Replace tutorial page by new quarto tutorials

The goal is to replace the tutorial page with the new tutorial platform. This is just a draft, I just changed where the menu Learn - Tutorials leads to and I didn't remove the old page to not break any links. @cwhite911 or @neteler is there a way to keep using the grass.osgeo.org/learn/tutorials/ URL?

Do we not want it to redirect to https://grass-tutorials.osgeo.org ?

Now it redirects to https://grass-tutorials.osgeo.org/.

What should we do with the old page? I kept it there, and just removed links to it. This relates to other changes in #414, so maybe we can solve it later.

I'm not exactly sure what the question is but I can easily create redirects on the server.

Yes, I think we need to redirect /learn/tutorials to grass-tutorials.osgeo.org. I removed the links to the old page together with page itself, but the redirect would be good to have.

Thank you, I tested it and this works:

but not this:
grass.osgeo.org/learn/tutorials
