Ensure the frontend is using the development branch.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. Navigate to the following:

• Dashboard → Other Links → User Management
• Select a user with a missing "Job Title" field (e.g., Chris CSUMB)
• Go to User Profile → Volunteering Times

6. Modify any field, such as:

• “Start Date”
• “Weekly Committed Hours”

7. Click the Save Changes button.
8. Verify that a success message appears as confirmation.

I followed the steps and verified everything works as expected. I was able to edit the user profile, save the changes, and saw the success message appear.
