Main changes explained:

• Added 3 toggle filters and the corresponding dots next to names

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ reports→ Weekly summary reports
6. verify the filter toggles work as expected. Make sure correct summaries are shown in filter results.
7. verify it works with other filters as well.
8. verify this new feature works in dark mode
