Abstract
Csv export button is a mockup, waiting for feedback.
Add csv export. This follows koinly's csv, which should be fairly easy to adapt to other tax reporting software using a simple csv editor. We can add more csv types as needed in the future
This is MPW's csv (DLabs) imported directly in koinly
