@shivasankaran18 I faced the same issue. You can resolve it by rectifying the import path of app.module.css in ForgotPassword.tsx. Add this:
import styles from '../../style/app.module.css';

@palisadoes ..the PR nows looks good to be merged..It has passed all the CI tests
