…r version (Pradumnasaraf#108) - Update the paths (slugs) for all tech note pages (Docker, Kubernetes, etc). It used to be `<domain>/docker/introduction` now users can directly access the same page with `<domain>/docker`. - Also, set up a redirect from the old path to the new path to prevent the user from getting an error or a page not found while accessing it. - Update the GitHub Workflow version.

Changes Proposed
Update the paths (slugs) for all tech note pages (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Previously, it was
<domain>/docker/introduction. Now, users can directly access the same page via<domain>/docker.Set up redirects from the old paths to the new paths to prevent users from encountering errors or "Page Not Found" messages.
Update the GitHub Workflow runner version to Ubuntu 24.
