.pre-commit-config.yamlpara estar un poco mas al dia con los formatos.Por ahora agrego solo pyupgrade para que no sea un pr enorme.
Agrego tambien pre commit en la pipeline para ir moviendo de flake8 manual a algo mas automatizado
