Version bump only to trigger propagation and re-installation on the u…

…ser side.

This is to avoid the "multiple methods tables found for ‘score’ and ‘score<-’"
warnings the user gets when loading GenomicRanges after updating to the latest
BiocGenerics and IRanges.
