Remove dudect (#769)

It's using `rand_core` v0.8 and therefore no longer compatible. Also, it hasn't been that much of a help, nor does it provide much coverage. Going forward we should investigate static analysis tools for solving the same problem, like BINSEC / cargo-checkct.
