At least I can't find it being used. Will test out if it is used on GAE05

Junaid has been trying to debug why we're getting some of the image transfer requests dropped and in the process of getting information for him, couldn't see where its being used so tried removing it.
Tested on GAE05 and we still get images through without having it in so removing to simplify out codebase
