  1. What triggered this change? (PBI link, Email Subject, conversation + reason, etc)

Closes #887

  1. What was changed?
  1. Renames "Settings" to "My Settings" in the Flyout
  2. Reorganises the Settings page to be laid out more logically and puts a red warning on Delete Profile
  3. Tweaks the About popup and adds version information
