To run the comment system app we need to have xampp installed. In the xampp control panel we have to start Apache and Mysql. After that we need to create the database tables for storing the datas. We need to store the database at phpmyadmin page. It can be accessible using http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ . Then we can create tables using sql commands given in the Comment_System.sql file. After tables are created download this whole repository Then go to any browser and type localhost/Comment-System. The sign in page should open like given below.
