Feature Changes:
- Fixed texture alpha issues
Technical changes:
- Fixed server attempting to load client configs
- Annotated all classes in client package as client-only
- removed unnecessary sided-create supplier method
This will most likely be the last update, at least for 1.19.3. I will update the mod to 1.19.4 once Forge's got their stuff ready.
