Finally pushed this update out, a bit late because spelling mistake

  • Updated Java
  • Updated Gradle
  • Updated Dependencies
  • Fixed tooltips, crafting recipe, banner method to work with 1.20.5 & 6
  • Overhauled enchantment system and target:
  • More detailed constructor, requires shield to be added to "durability" tag, added allowOnVanillaShield option, and enchant target is now "instanceOf Fabric shield"/ "in shields tag"
