Allows you to run local server, specifying the character name, character model and the equipment through the arguments. You do this by specifying the command line parameters.

Here's the format in which the arguments have to be specified

alicia1-server.exe <YourCharacterName> <female/male> <Equipment TIDs>

Here's an example, spawning a character called rgnter with a male model and item 30057 (which is the dragon full body suit)

alicia1-server.exe rgnter male 30057
