Deployment notes:

During this deployment we noticed that Memcache may throw an error during the configuration import step:
TypeError: Cannot assign null to property Drupal\Core\Database\Query\Select::$alterMetaData of type array in Memcached->getMulti() (line 71 of /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/memcache/src/Driver/MemcachedDriver.php).
The resolution we took for this was to reboot the memcache servers then run the deploy step again.
